Racing For Charity was established in 2020 to help smaller nonprofits in the Magic Valley region with fundraising efforts. Our annual event, The Kentucky Derby Celebration, hosts a live broadcast of the Kentucky Derby Race, as well as dinner, games, and a live and silent auction.

Guests are encouraged to dress in traditional Kentucky Derby attire, with prizes for the best hat and best dressed couple. All net proceeds from this event go back to 15 local charities, ranging from children and senior services, animal shelters, land preservation, and low income health clinics, just to name a few. 

In the three years we have hosted this event, we have raised $640,000 for local charities!
